With so many products to choose from, we understand if you are not sure on which ones are right for you.

To help you find the best products for your hair type and texture, we recommend the following,

1) You can start by checking out our new K&C AI Hair Testing Tool, created by MyAvana! This technology will identify your unique hair type and give you a custom recommendation. K&C AI Hair Tool

2) Then booking a product consultation, we can answer all of your questions about our products by taking a small section of your hair and trying them to see which one is best for your needs.

I'm a new client, and I'm unsure of what service to book.

New clients are encouraged to book the new client special service. This service includes a product consultation and a deep cleansing shampoo, hydration steam treatment and trim. The hair can be styled as WAG (wash and go) or Two Strand Twist.

I want to book an appointment, but there are no available times. What can I do?

If all appointments are booked for your desired service, you can add your name to the waitlist for your preferred date and time through our online booking platform. If an appointment becomes available, you will automatically be booked for it.

What if I can't show for my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, a 24 hour cancellation notice by phone call is required for any and all services booked. The client’s credit card will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee for all services/appointments without 24 hour cancellation notice
